The NEO·T is a high-end servo-hydraulic toggle machine engineered for volume production. Its ultra-high rigidity platen structure and in-built toggle pin design deliver a mould open repeat accuracy of ≤1mm and a tie bar unbalance rate of ≤4%. The new generation servo power system reduces energy consumption by more than 30% versus traditional hydraulic systems.
Clamping Force: 480t – 5,500t | Drive: Hydraulic | Structure: Two-platen
Stable | Precise | Efficient | Energy-Saving
Designed for large-format and heavy-duty applications, the NEO·HII combines patented diagonal parallel cylinder structure with KEBA high-performance control — Industry 4.0 ready via OPC UA and Modbus. Mould open positioning accuracy reaches ≤0.5mm, and the optional PullSure™ tie bar retraction technology accommodates factory height constraints.
Clamping Force: 60t – 1,400t | Drive: Fully Electric | Structure: Toggle
Precision | Efficiency | Energy-Saving | Clean | Quiet
The NEO·EII is the benchmark of Tederic’s fully electric range — the cleanest, most precise, and most energy-efficient platform in the NEO Series. Rated Euromap 9+ under Euromap 60.1 standards, it includes an advanced energy recovery system as standard and saves up to 15% more energy than competing electric platforms.
Servo motor control delivers clamping repeat accuracy of 0.01mm and injection pressure accuracy of ±1 bar. No tie bar lubrication means a cleaner clamping unit — critical for medical and electronics environments.
NEO·Ms (Horizontal Turntable): 1,120t – 3,520t | NEO·Mv (Vertical Turntable): 750t – 3,520t
Stable | Precise | Versatile | Flexible
The NEO·M delivers industry-leading multi-colour and multi-component moulding. With flexible modularization and up to 30 injection unit combination possibilities, it handles the most complex process demands in automotive interior, lighting, and household appliance manufacturing.
The NEO·Ms uses an exclusive SpinSure™-H horizontal rotary platen. The NEO·Mv features an independent SpinSure®-V vertical rotary unit — which can also be installed as a retrofit upgrade on existing equipment.
Heavy loading capacity: up to 55t (mid platen on NEO·Ms)
Drive: Electro-Hydraulic Hybrid | Structure: Toggle | Optimized for: Packaging
The INNOVA is Tederic’s dedicated hybrid platform — combining the speed and precision of electric drive with the power and flexibility of hydraulic clamping. It is specifically engineered for the packaging industry, where cycle time is everything.
With cycle times of up to 2.9 seconds and injection speeds of 700mm/s, the INNOVA delivers the throughput that thin-wall packaging producers require, with lower energy consumption than a traditional hydraulic machine.
• Designed for: thin-wall packaging, containers, disposable tableware
• Cycle time: up to 2.9 seconds
• Injection speed: 700mm/s
• Electro-hydraulic combination: electric precision + hydraulic power
• Energy savings versus traditional hydraulic: significant reduction in operating costs
Note: The INNOVA is a separate product line from the NEO Series. Ask Leap Green about availability and specifications for your application.
Clamping Force: 160t – 500t | Drive: Hydraulic (servo) | Structure: Toggle

The Tederic DT Series is a dedicated PET preform platform — purpose-engineered for high-speed, high-volume production of bottles, containers, and specialty packaging from virgin PET and rPET. Where general-purpose machines are adapted for PET, the DT Series is designed for it from the ground up: PET-specific plasticized parts, a high-pressure pre-plasticizing motor built for large torque and sustained pressure, and integrated cooling water transport to shorten cycle times.
Seven clamping units (DT·160 to DT·500) pair with injection units from i850 to i7500, covering preform weights from 642g to 8,347g — accommodating mould cavities from small specialty formats to high-output 32-cavity production lines. The platform supports full PET/rPET integrated solutions, including external cooling robots, conveyors, and mould decondensation equipment.
Note: The DT Series is configured per application — cavity count, injection unit, and ancillary equipment are selected to match your preform specification. Contact Leap Green for a tailored configuration.

The Circular Advantage
Leap Green’s expertise spans recycling machinery and compostable polymers — not just injection. That full-process perspective means our recommendations are built around your entire operation, not just the machine sale.
We provide injection molding solutions across a wide range of industries, including:
Tell us what you manufacture, your cycle time targets, and your current equipment. We will recommend the right Tederic platform and walk you through everything from specification to commissioning.
Yes. Leap Green Polymers is the exclusive Canadian sales agent for Tederic injection moulding machines. We cover the full Tederic range — NEO Series and INNOVA hybrid — and provide technical consultation, machine selection support, and ongoing service coordination across Canada.
A fully electric machine — like the Tederic NEO·EII — uses servo motors for all machine movements. It offers the highest precision, cleanest operation, and best energy efficiency. A hybrid machine — like the Tederic INNOVA — combines an electric injection unit with a hydraulic clamping unit. This delivers very fast cycle times with lower energy consumption than a fully hydraulic machine, making it a strong choice for high-speed packaging applications
Tederic all-electric machines can reduce energy consumption by up to 80% compared to conventional hydraulic equipment. The exact saving depends on your current machinery, cycle times, and resin — Leap Green can model the projected savings for your specific process.
Contact Leap Green Polymers — the exclusive Canadian sales agent for Tederic. We handle the full process: machine selection, technical specification, sourcing, and coordination with Tederic’s North America service team. Book a free consultation at leapgreenpolymers.com/contact-us/.
Tederic all-electric and hybrid servo machines eliminate the hydraulic system entirely, replacing it with precision servo motors on every axis. This means faster cycle times, repeatable motion control, and significantly lower energy draw — all within a smaller footprint than comparable hydraulic equipment.
Yes. Tederic’s closed-loop control system monitors and adjusts injection speed, pressure, and position in real time. This level of repeatability makes Tederic machines well suited for medical components, automotive parts, and other applications where dimensional consistency is non-negotiable.
Tederic America’s base gives Canadian manufacturers practical access to North American technical support. Response time depends on your location, but our team at Leap Green coordinates directly with Tederic America to prioritize service requests and minimize downtime.
Yes. Tederic machines support remote diagnostics, allowing technicians in Cleveland or at Leap Green to connect to your machine, review alarm histories, and guide your operators through troubleshooting — without requiring a site visit for many common issues.
Yes. Tederic’s hybrid servo range combines an electric injection unit with a servo-hydraulic clamping system, giving manufacturers a meaningful energy reduction and precision upgrade without the full capital commitment of an all-electric machine.
Machine selection depends on your part geometry, shot weight, clamp tonnage requirement, cycle time target, and resin. Leap Green provides a no-obligation technical consultation to match the right Tederic series to your process — before you commit to anything.
Yes. Tederic machines are configured for a wide range of materials including glass-filled nylons, ABS, PC, and other engineering-grade resins. Barrel and screw specifications are selected based on your material profile during the application review.
Yes. Many Tederic configurations are compatible with post-industrial recycled resins.
As Tederic’s exclusive Canadian sales agent, Leap Green is your official point of contact for the Canadian market — which means you get direct access to the full machine range with local support.
But our mandate goes beyond the machine sale. We also represent partners across recycling machinery and compostable polymers, which means our recommendations account for your full production process — not just the injection cell. If your challenge touches material quality, waste reduction, or circularity, we can address it.
